We exist and initiate subdivisional land for development of precinct structural planning. We have worked closely with various government agencies and councils in relation to developing these projects over the years.
We will also assist in community engagement and stakeholders who will be involved in the projects and work closely with government authorities to develop the plans that are most suitable for our clientele.
We have larger subdivisions, we will integrate urban planning groups to also facilitate the larger projects that would be suitable for development. Where required, we will also liaise with larger domestic building companies and also commercial building companies. We have been involved in projects which incorporates housing and land developments and have been finished in overseas countries such as Singapore, India and Southeast Asia. With all developments, we are very passionate about sustainability and housing affordability and various aspects of climate change.
